Coaching Sessions

Refund Period: Full refund available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation: Must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You can reschedule once at no charge, subject to availability.

30-Day Challenge & Group Programmes

Refund Period: Full refund within 7 days of enrolment. After Day 7: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another programme or person. Partial Attendance: No prorated refunds for sessions attended or materials accessed.

Annual Membership

Refund Period: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 Days: Non-refundable, but you can pause your membership for up to 3 months total per year. Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; remaining balance is not refunded but you retain access until the renewal date.

Free Resources & Templates

Free resources cannot be refunded (they are provided at no cost). However, if you believe a resource is defective or inaccessible, contact us for a replacement link.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@neckwashing.world with your order details and reason for refund. Include your name, purchase date, and order number. We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (a) workshops or events attended; (b) coaching sessions after they've been held or within 48 hours of the scheduled time; (c) downloaded digital materials after access granted; (d) any refund request submitted more than 30 days after purchase.

Cancellation of Services

We reserve the right to cancel a service if: (a) you violate these Terms of Use; (b) payment cannot be processed; (c) we cannot safely deliver the service. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
